We are expanding and currently looking for an Administrative Assistant/Recruiter who can support the HR department.

**Requirements**:

- An excellent command of the English language and some French skills is preferred
- Strong comprehension and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and comfort speaking over the telephone
- Ability to follow script, asking a pre-determined series of questions on a variety of topics
- Intermediate to advance Excel and typing skills required
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately input response during live telephone interviews
- Reliable and punctual

**Office Hours: MON - FRI: 8:30am
- 4:30pm**

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Prepare reports, communications and presentations as needed
- Preparation of Orientation Kits for new recruits
- Data entry
- Support new hire set-up various systems, databases and programs
- Filing and other administration duties
- Assist with territory allocation using Google Maps
- Make hotel and car reservations for merchandisers/supervisors on the field
- Provide HR support and guidance to merchandisers and supervisors in the field when required
- Other miscellaneous task as needed

**Recruitment Requirements**:

- Posting positions on job sites
- Screening applicants
- Scheduling and conducting telephone interviews
- Mass-recruiting for special projects
- Sending out orientation packages
- Inputting new merchandisers into system

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred experience working in an office setting with an administrative background
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of personal motivation
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and is comfortable working in fast-paced family operated business
- Strong follow-through, problem solving and attention to detail is a must

**COMPENSATION**:Competitive Salary
