Application Support Analyst ( Hybrid Work Schedule )

**The Purpose of this role**:
The purpose of this role is to provide quality technical and data analytics support to our Canada-wide team. Strong ownership of technical support issues along with an ability to investigate and work with end users to resolve each issue is critical. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong interest in analytics, an attention to detail and is not intimidated by new challenges.

**What we need you to do**:
Reporting directly to the Director, Project Management & Data Analytics, supporting our winning teams across Canada:
Use your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage support requests.

Use your strong Excel skills to tackle scheduled and ad hoc data requests.

Actively participate and take ownership of assigned project tasks.

Run scheduled and ad hoc reports.

Proactively educate and provide informed insight on all supported systems.

Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and carrier partners.

Be available and super responsive.

Anything else related to supporting the success of the department.

**What it will take to do good work at HUB**:
A strong interest in business systems and business analytics.

Advanced working knowledge in Excel and MS 365.

Strong attention to detail.

Some experience with Power BI would be of value.

Some experience with business process management would be of value.

A positive attitude, the constant desire to help others, curiosity, and the ability to deliver consistent performance.

Ability to prioritize and work independently.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and grow and learn from your mistakes.

Desire and willingness to commit to developing your skills.

Normal office environment and/or Hybrid Work-from-Home
