**The Role**

RedMane has an exciting new opportunity for an Vancouver-based Regional Practice Leader to grow and oversee our work in western Canada. We are seeking an experienced professional that will inspire and build a world-class team. You will lead our staff by example, ensuring excellence with our clients and with ourselves. RedMane prides itself on its highly collaborative culture. You will be accountable for employee development, the delivery and profitability of RedMane client projects, and supporting a business development manager with a sales pipeline.

**Skills & Role Requirements**

The Regional Practice Leader will need to have:

- Work collaboratively with the RedMane Canada GM and a business development manager to grow the eastern Canada practice.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery - from the perspective of our people, our clients, and RedMane - of solutions working closely with the presales, solution design, and delivery teams.
- Use considerable judgment to determine optimal solution and offers guidance on complex problems.
- Develop trusted client advisor relationships while meeting or exceeding RedMane business development and profitability goals.
- Serve as a role model and coach for the next generation of RedMane employees.
- Instill confidence in the team and their abilities, recommend workable solutions, and drive projects to completion.
- Motivate, lead, develop, and position people to work effectively in a team environment.
- Provide strong business acumen, with the ability to provide operational, technical, and financial oversight.
- Have a proven track record of successful professional services delivery and operations management.
- Have strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
- Have expertise in working within public sector and/or First Nations communities would be favorable.
