**Business Development Coordinator**

**Core Function**:
**Scope and Major Responsibilities**:
1. Provide direct support and assistance to the Business Development team to fulfill partner contractual obligations.

2. Manage and track partnership agreements for the venue.

3. Closely track and provide real-time reporting detail on partner accounts using Ungerboeck or other assigned CRM platforms.

4. Create all business collateral for SaskTel Centre partners, including new client pitch documents, renewal presentations, monthly or end of the year recaps, and outbound partner communication.

5. Research potential clients.

6. Collaborate with multiple departments within SaskTel Centre, including SEG teams, marketing, event services, operations, finance, and ticket sales to ensure partner activations and assets are accurate and effective.

7. Oversee venue and event websites, including updating copy and adding new events

8. Design, create and distribute electronic newsletters and eblasts, and maintain user/subscriber database.

9. Write copy, schedule, and publish content for social media.

10. Manage online reputation on Google and other online platforms and respond to customer inquiries and comments using Facebook Messenger.

11. Stay current on partnership/social media/digital marketing trends and strategies.

12. Create and coordinate signage/messaging within the venue

13. Assist with event-day responsibilities where assigned

14. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Sport and Recreation Admin preferred.
- Previous experience (2-3 years) within venue management or event management in Marketing or Public Relations preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of digital or social media experience
- Professional qualities should include solid business judgment/decision-making ability, delivering on commitments, ability to work and deliver a high quantity of quality results under extreme time and budget pressure, time management skills, and oral/written communication skills, including public speaking.
- Live Entertainment industry knowledge/background preferred.

**Security Requirements**:

- Acceptable current Criminal Record Check (CRC) upon offer of employment.

**Hours of Work**:

- Regular office hours plus events as required. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts will be involved.

**Salary**: $65,008.08-$76,384.32 per year

Schedule:

- Evenings
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
