- Configure new and refurbished systems for internal and external customers.
- Install, test, troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware related issues.
- Meet daily production deadlines as assigned by the Configuration Scheduler.
- Communicate with vendor specific and internal technical support staff to resolve technical issues.
- Staff are responsible to follow ISO procedures outlined in Compugen’s Quality Management System.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in Electronics or related Information Technology program.
- Minimum 2 years PC industry experience which includes but is not limited to refurbishing, setup and imaging experience on desktops, notebooks, printers etc.
- Fast learner; Proactive self-starter.
- Ability to follow instructions with mínimal guidance; able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail; proven track record of delivering quality work based on precision workmanship.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Able to lift independently a minimum of 30 lbs.
