We are looking for a **Client Service Processor** in London, ON.

**What you will do**
- Triage incoming mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards
- Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
- Assist with non-financial processing when required, while meeting service standard deadlines.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and work on improving processes.
- Provide support for small projects, as required
- Responsible for workflow distribution on new imaging system (enhanced computer skills are necessary)

**What you will bring**
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical and detail oriented
- On Base (imaging system) experience an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and team building skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Bilingual (French and English) an assetThe base salary for this position is between **$35,200****:

- $47,700** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
