**About Us**:
The Admissions team in the Office of the Registrar aims to recruit and admit the best international and domestic students to the University to achieve the institution’s enrolment and strategic plan objectives; to ensure that the University’s admission standards are met and maintained through exemplary customer service, the adjudication of applicants, and the implementation of Senate policies governing admission and transfer credit.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Document Processors will identify, process and track all documents submitted to the Undergraduate Admissions Office by applicants in the most effective, efficient and timely manner while following internal policies and guidelines governing the processing of documents.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Two years of University or a Community College Diploma in a related field

**Experience**:

- Two years administrative office experience in a service and team-oriented environment preferably in an educational setting

Skills, Abilities & Expertise:

- Ability to input data with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for lengthy periods of time with accuracy and without losing concentration
- Familiarity with database and document imaging systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with frequent distractions and interruptions while adhering to deadlines and unit goals
- Ability to establish effective routines for excellent communication with all members of the team to maximize productivity
- Ability to learn new procedures and technologies quickly
- Ability to multi-task and maintain an organized and effective work environment
- Strong record of teamwork with the motivation and ability to work independently with little supervision
- Personable and courteous in working relationships
- Ability to work in a manner that is compliant with confidentiality requirements
- Demonstrated strong keyboarding skills with the ability to key a minimum of 60 words per minute
