We are looking for a Marketing Admin Coordinator who is highly organized with keen attention to detail and an upbeat attitude to join our team Reporting to the EVP of International Business Development and Marketing, the Marketing Admin Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting all of the company’s marketing and administrative requirements.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- Use Adobe Creative Suite to provide in-house graphic design for all print and digital marketing material (digital newsletters, print adverts, branded products, infographics, presentation decks, proposals, client reports, eBlasts, eInvitations and more)
- Understand Cidel’s brand and adhere to style guidelines
- Manage and maintain company websites on WordPress
- Managing and planning conferences/events, from hiring venue, creating invitations, monitoring invitation response, booking accommodation, transport and other ad hoc requests.
- Researching and ordering of marketing and promotional items for including clients, staff, events and/or sponsorships
- Communicate with several parties including professional partners, internal departments, suppliers, agencies etc.
- Create and distribute marketing campaigns through Salesforce and Mailchimp
- Maintain marketing documents and make sure the company is using recent documents
- Maintain updated inventory list with respect to all marketing material and promotional items
- Ensure marketing material is compliant and all mass communications follow the Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) (POPI)
- Maintain records for compliance on all marketing related issues
- Filming and editing Cidel presentations
- Using of Teleprompter

Required Skills and Experience:

- College or University Degree in marketing or equivalent
- 1-2 years of work experience in marketing, design or similar
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
- Experience in Salesforce and Smartsheet’s for marketing related tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Familiar with WordPress and website management
- Knowledge of financial services is a desirable asset
