**Who You'll Work With**

As a Bilingual Admin Coordinator, you will be part of a highly collaborative team which includes Mental Health Professionals, Customer Success Representatives & Account Managers. The Bilingual Admin Coordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Provide support to the team with day-to-day clerical tasks
- Data entry via Microsoft Excel
- Filing and organization of digital documents as required
- Direct callers or inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Supporting OSP weekly, monthly and bi-monthly reporting
- Follow up with clients as and when required
- Provide backup support for client care coordination or customer reporting when required

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Fluent in both English and French is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

**What You Need to Stand Out**
- Previous experience working in a medical office is an asset
- Medical Office Admin Certificate/Diploma is an asset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
- Critical thinker with strong organizational skills
- Team player & strong interpersonal skills
- Strong data entry skills
