**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development and delivery of training sessions and webinars for customers
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, including escalating issues as needed to appropriate team members
- Maintain customer satisfaction by troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions, including working with customers to replicate and resolve issues in the laboratory
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials for customers, including creating new training materials and delivering webinars and in-person training sessions

Knowledge and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as biology, biochemistry, or molecular biology
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a scientific or technical field, and in-depth knowledge of life science research techniques and technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain scientific concepts
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Please note that this role is a 6 month contract role

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$56,270.00 - $76,100.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
