**Administrative and Marketing Assistant**

Galen Medical Ltd. is a Montreal-based company founded in 1987. Our mission is to be the leading supplier of innovative surgical and medical devices to health care professionals across Canada.

We pride ourselves in providing quality products and excellent customer service. **We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team working out of the Montreal office in Ville St-Laurent.**
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and share with the Sales Team
- Help grow our social media presence through LinkedIn
- Participate in brainstorming new and innovative marketing strategies
- Add and update documents to the Company internal/external file sharing platform
- Assist with updating and maintaining our price lists and active customer contracts through Excel and our ERP system (Sage)
- Support the Customer Service team when needed (order entry/confirmations, invoicing & filing)
- Develop an understanding of the GOP quality system, provide insight when improvements can be made and ensure adherence to the policies and procedures
- Develop a knowledge of the products and services offered by Galen Medical
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Perform other tasks as required and assist with various projects

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English and French language skills - verbal and written
- Ideally 1 year of office and/or marketing experience in the medical industry
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
- Strong communication skills & ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Nous sommes fiers d’offrir des produits de qualité et un excellent service à la clientèle. **Galen Medical est présentement à la recherche d’un (e) Assistant (e) en administration et marketing à temps plein pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique du bureau de Montréal situé à Ville St-Laurent**.
- Participer à divers projets de marketing, y compris les campagnes par courriel et les mises à jour de notre site internet. Créer du contenu pertinent à partager avec nos clients et fournisseurs au sujet de la compagnie, nos produits et les événements/congrès à venir
- Mesurer et présenter les performances de nos campagnes par courriels - analyser les résultats et partager l’information avec l'équipe de vente
- Contribuez à développer notre présence sur les réseaux sociaux tel que LinkedIn
- Participer au développement de stratégies de marketing innovantes
- Ajouter et mettre à jour des documents (brochures, catalogues, guide, etc ) sur notre plate-forme électronique de partage de fichiers interne/externe de l'entreprise
- Participer à la mise à jour de nos listes de prix et des contrats clients actifs via Excel et/ou notre système ERP (Sage)
- Supporter l’équipe du Service à la clientèle au besoin (saisie/confirmations de commande, facturation et classement)
- Développer une compréhension du système qualité interne, apporter des améliorations possibles et assurer le respect des politiques et des procédures
- Développer une connaissance des produits et services offerts par Galen Medical
- Suivre les procédures, directives et politiques de communication
- Effectuer d'autres tâches au besoin et participer à divers projets

**Qualifications**:

- Excellente maitrise du français et de l’anglais - oral et écrit
- Préférablement une années d'expérience de bureau et/ou de marketing dans l'industrie médicale
- Capacité d’effectuer plusieurs tâches et de bien gérer son temps
- Solides compétences en communication et capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier d’Excel

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
