YOUR CHALLENGES
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring and control of assigned projects.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Actively monitor project progress, identify any deviations from the original plan and take corrective action to meet deadlines and budgets;
- Collaborate with project team members, assign tasks, encourage collaboration and maintain a productive work environment;
- Ensure smooth communication between all project stakeholders by providing regular updates on progress, potential problems and proposed solutions;
- Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them;
- Monitor project expenditure, ensuring that costs are in line with approved budgets and reporting any significant variances;
- Prepare periodic reports on project progress, performance and results achieved;
- Contribute to identifying improvement processes and methodologies to optimize the efficiency of future projects;
- Support the bid team with tasks such as visits, bid closing, customer follow-ups, etc.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- DEC or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, building mechanics or a related field (an asset) ;
- Ability to work with ERP systems and MS Office;
- 1 to 5 years of experience in project coordinating;
- Bilingual, written and spoken.
