About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator, Project Manager to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing sales plans to meet annual sales and margin objectives, generating sales through customer interactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales and margin targets.
  • Generate Sales: Qualify potential customers, build relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Project Consultations: Conduct in-store and in-home consultations to understand customer needs and provide design solutions.
  • Design Layouts: Create detailed design layouts, including plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, to showcase products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in project sales and management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Sales Performance: Proven sales performance in previous roles, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Design Knowledge: Passion for design and home improvement, with knowledge of design software and products.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized design software.
