We are looking for an Estimator to join our team in this newly created role

**You have**:

- A post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, another relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- A P.Eng. or CET designation is an asset but not required
- The ability to read construction drawings (AutoCAD)
- The ability to analyze technical data
- Excellent numerical and spreadsheet skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and able to manage to deadlines
- A customer centric focus
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate to senior level skills using MS Office Suite

**As an Estimator, you will**:

- Review Sales RFQ sheets and scrutinize tender/RFP packages
- Identify relevant RFP technical and commercial data and risks
- Develop detailed cost estimates
- Manage tender documents, subcontracts, progress certificates, and CCDC contracts
- Interact with customers and potential customers regarding current and upcoming work
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with scheduling projects
- Participate in the identification and pursuit of prospective projects
- Proactively solve problems and address obstacles in projects to ensure client satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned to support customer and business needs
