Role Summary:
As a Corporate Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a pipeline of potential businesses to acquire in the IT services space. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our strategic goals, with a focus on expanding our footprint and enhancing our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential acquisition targets in the IT services industry.
- Conduct initial outreach and engage in conversations with business owners, utilizing excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
- Manage and update the acquisition pipeline, ensuring all prospects are accurately tracked and followed up on.
- Collaborate with senior management to analyze and evaluate the strategic fit of potential acquisitions.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the ownership team
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the IT service sector and a basic understanding of M&A processes.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience in corporate development required; however, a demonstrable interest in the IT service sector and mergers & acquisitions is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business owners and stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with potential acquisition targets.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks and challenges.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with a knack for identifying key information and trends.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards in handling confidential information.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a team dedicated to driving growth through strategic acquisitions.
