**Responsibilities**:
The IAC works with the Project Accounting Team to ensure the financial records of the corporate and real estate entities in the Keltic group are accurate and complete using Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate.
- **Journal Entries**
- Standard and non-routine entries.
- Depreciation, debt service, payroll, etc.
- Consolidate third-party financial reports into Keltic system.
**- Payables**
- Invoice entry and approval using Timbers can A/P workflow.
- Corporate credit card processing.
- Employee expense reimbursements.
**- Treasury Management**
- Initiate wire transfers and intercompany transfers.
- Create EFT payments.
- Tax & Bill Payments.
- Bank reconciliations.
- **Financial Close**
- Complete monthly accounting procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize finance team workflow policy, checklists and reporting calendars to track and report status of deliverables.
- Prepare and distribute monthly accounting reports according to company policies and standards.
- **Intercompany Reconciliations**
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of Keltic’s intercompany accounts on a monthly basis.
- Work with other team members to analyse transactions and resolve issues.

- Prepare and file GST/HST returns.
- Assist with year-end financial statement adjustments.
- Ad-hoc reporting.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Undergrad degree in business/finance/accounting.
- 2-3 years relevant work experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and current accounting software (Sage, Quickbooks, etc).
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills -MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize, manage tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to implement processes and controls to ensure data integrity and follow corporate policy and procedure
- Ability to work with cross functional partners and maintain positive working relationships
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
