Lack of Automotive parts knowledge and/or experience “Don’t Panic” Our experienced trainers are eager to help you succeed by teaching you everything you need to know about automotive parts sales and our industry.

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Representative, this position is the principal point of contact between Miller’s and its customers. This role will require one to ensure that current customers have the right products and services. In many ways the face of our company, the Retail Sales Representative will be required to answer phones, respond to online requests, brokering automotive parts for resale all while maintaining excellent customer service to all our front counter part sales customers.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Selling automotive parts to all incoming customers ensuring all customers needs have been met.
- Provide assistance to sales team by answering incoming part sales calls
- Provide support to our Tire Centre and salespersons by processing customer work orders and accepting payments from customers
- Brokering in automotive parts for resale

**Qualifications and Job Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Education
- Previous experience in sales an asset
- Fluent in a second language an asset
- Knowledge of automotive parts an asset
- Customer Service Skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast pasted environment with the ability to multi task
- Personal integrity
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure good productivity
- Must be attentive to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others
- Team Player

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
