Description

: Aftermarket sales through solution-based selling is the primary function. Collaboration and coordination within Finning and Caterpillar's support teams. Opportunity qualification in pursuit of an exceptional customer experience. Trend monitoring, analysis, quality reporting, troubleshooting, resolution of equipment and related product issues with Finning’s supplier partners. Leading aftermarket new product introduction initiatives. Prepare accurate and timely equipment and service forecasts, including component forecasting, pricing, estimates and intelligence, call reports, and customer information. Opportunity development through the use of customer resource management tools. Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with the major customer accounts. Achieve targets for sales, profitability, growth, market share and quotas. Mentor and lead Product Supports Sales Representatives and Wear Product Specialists.

Education and Experience:

5+ years of sales experience managing whole accounts. Automotive or heavy equipment experience or proven sound mechanical knowledge of an asset. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Business acumen and understanding of support systems, credit and financing. Mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment systems an asset. Proficient in MS office package.
