- Summary of Position:_
- Duties & Responsibilities:_
- Manage the relationships of an existing book of clients for which you are responsible, including portfolio review meetings, phone calls, etc.
- Construct and update Investment Policy Statements and Proposals that take into account clients’ individual circumstances including determining the appropriate strategic asset mix using our in
- house pooled funds
- Rebalance portfolios such that they are always managed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the client’s Investment Policy Statement
- Ensure all documentation pertaining to client records is kept up to date
- Assist in development of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and proposals to support marketing and business development efforts
- Work alongside Referral Partners in an effort to promote Capstone’s services
- Marketing Capstone’s services through prospecting and responding to RFP’s when appropriate
- Qualifications & Experience:_
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA degree or other advanced degree an asset
- CFA or CIM designation
- Has the ability to become registered with provincial securities commissions as an Advising Representative
- Advantages:_
- Proficiency in MS Office
- CFP designation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years managing investment portfolios, preferably for private clients
- Good understanding of financial markets and the ability to communicate effectively with clients of varying levels of sophistication
- Equity or fixed income research & analysis experience an asset
- Must be able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $85,000.00 per year
