This role will support the office of the CIO by clearly articulating the IT vision in all presentation material, crafting Executive messaging/content, managing IT Operational meeting input and outputs, and any other activities in support of the office of the CIO.

Support business strategy by managing Project prioritization process, benefits realization tracking and Portfolio reporting.

Actively engaging with Business stakeholders to establish strong KPIs, Manage risk and audit actions in partnership with Corporate Risk and Audit.

This role will be reporting into Director, EPMO and Office of CIO

What will you do?

Strategy Support

• Establish and manage the evaluation and prioritization of projects as part of the Annual Business Plan Cycle to ensure budgets and resources are appropriately aligned and clear visibility into Priorities for the following year are understood across the Executive team.
• Establish Benefit tracking mechanisms.
• Engage with IT stakeholders accountable for solution design and engineering considerations to feed into estimates.
• Support creation of draft annual portfolio implementation plan which will then be managed by Director, EPMO
• Ongoing reporting/monitoring of benefit KPI's for implemented initiatives with a focus on leading indicators.

Reporting - Manage robust EPMO Reporting Frameworks

• Manage and execute on reporting standards across the portfolio of projects with key performance indicators on delivery and business value achievement
• Support Director, EPMO with operationalizing a Portfolio reporting framework.
• Focus on incremental improvements to reporting over time to better meet business needs

IT Risk/Audit - Manage inputs and outputs to IT risk framework and Audit processes

• Management of IT risk framework process in collaboration with IT risk
• Coordinate IT Stakeholder inputs and outputs to Risk Framework
• Manage Audit process, action and outcomes as applicable to IT

IT Strategy Support - Ensure IT vision is consistently articulated in all material and particularly to the EC/Board

• Review and support material that articulates IT vision, and ensure consistency in messaging for content created for EC
• Manage department events calendar and coordinate activities and agendas.
• Manage IT Operational Meeting inputs and outputs, an any other activities in support of the office of the CIO

What will you need to succeed?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Project Management, and/or related field of study
• 8+ Years of experience in Project Management
• 8+ Years of experience in Risk Management
• 5+ Years of experience in Strategic Planning
• 5+ Years of experience in Cost Benefit Analysis and KPI's
• Good Stakeholder management and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to make independent decisions and out of box thinking.
