**Who we are looking for?**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Installation and Training**
- Conduct technical and product training to internal and external stake holders.
- Assist in creating new modules for the online training portal and offline training programs.
- Support customers in installation, implementations, and validation by creating training modules and documents.

**Sales activities**
- Support demonstrations of the product and technical presentation to prospective customers.
- Assist and work with the team to create technical content to promote the product.
- Create & update account plans for key opportunities as well as regional sales and funnel forecasts.
- Prepare product acquisition proposals that provide customers with a variety of flexible purchase options.
- Identify opportunities in the market and prepare product promotion plans.

**Technical and marketing**
- Identify and develop key opinion leaders/customers and reference sites.
- Acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge, technical knowledge, competitive knowledge, healthcare market knowledge and develop a high degree of personal efficeny.
- Support technical team to manage clinical and technical questions from customers.
- Assist with preparing marketing collateral as per the requirements of the market.

**Key Challenges**:

- Manages priorities, assists/supports team and manager as required.
- Works independently, while remaining sensitive to the needs of internal and external clients.
- Interacts with multiple departments within the organization.
- Strong problem identification and objection-resolution skills required to maintain customer satisfaction.

**E**ducation**, Work Experience, Knowledge, and Skills**:
**Formal Education**:

- Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (eg: Science, Business or Marketing) or Medical Laboratory Technologist.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).

**Work Experience**:

- Minimum of five years related experience in biotech or related industry.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm and able to operate as an individual and team contributor.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Travel is required and will vary - anticipated amount not to exceed 40%.
