We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Public Relations and Community Engagement Representative to manage our public image, foster community relationships, and create engaging events to promote our brand and services.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Public Relations and Community Engagement Representative**, you will manage The Pawsh Dog Inc.'s public image and develop strong relationships with clients, community members, and other organizations. Your responsibilities will include handling client reviews, engaging in local community groups, managing online reputation, developing partnerships, seeking media opportunities, planning and executing events, and managing public relations strategies. You will also develop crisis management plans and work to proactively promote The Pawsh Dog's values and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor and Respond to Client Reviews**:

- Actively monitor client reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook, and respond to maintain and enhance the company’s online reputation.
- **Run Review Campaigns**:
Develop and execute strategies to encourage clients to leave positive reviews, helping to boost the company’s reputation.
- **Engage in Community Groups**:
Participate in community chat groups on social media and other online platforms to promote The Pawsh Dog, enhance its reputation, and engage with potential clients.Track and manage online sentiment and brand reputation, addressing negative feedback and engaging positively with clients to maintain a strong, favorable public image.Identify and engage with other pet-related organizations, vet clinics, rescues, businesses, influencers, and unions to promote collaborative opportunities and partnerships.Proactively seek out and secure positive media coverage, such as press releases, interviews, and features in local and national publications.Develop and execute crisis management plans to handle any potential public relations issues effectively, ensuring mínimal impact on the company’s reputation.Plan, organize, and execute community and promotional events, such as adoption drives, pet care workshops, or collaboration events with partners.Represent The Pawsh Dog Inc. in public forums, events, and media opportunities. Prepare and present reports on PR activities, community engagement, and partnership development.**Compensation Structure**:

- **Base Rate**: $15.80 per hour
- **Incentive Pay**:Incentive pay will be awarded based on achieving specific targets set by the company. The target bonus is **$400 per month**, with a maximum cap of **$800 per month**.

- Planning and executing successful events.
- Effectively managing any public relations crises.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience in Public Relations and Reputation Management**: Strong understanding of PR practices, crisis management, and community engagement.
- **Event Planning Experience**: Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events that promote community engagement and brand awareness.
- **Public Speaking and Reporting**: Comfortable speaking in public, presenting at events, and preparing comprehensive reports on PR activities.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Fluent in English for both writing and speaking; additional languages are an asset.
- **Community Engagement**: Experience in engaging with local communities and managing online forums or social media groups.
- **Partnership Building**: Ability to identify and develop partnerships that align with The Pawsh Dog’s brand and values.
- **Multi-Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
