**Program Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- Determine and define project scope, requirements, and objectives
- Negotiate Contracts and Statements of Work
- Manage the project lifecycle from Proposal Development to Project Delivery
- Serve as the single point of contact between UFA and the customer(s) for Program decisions
- Collaborate with distributed UFA and Customer project teams, both domestic and international
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including resource needs
- Report on Program progress to key internal and external stakeholders
- Measure program performance to identify opportunities of improvement
- Utilize Program Management tools to allow for industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management or related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and French required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Domestic and International travel may be required
- Security Screening required
Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
