**Job Description**:

- Essential Duties
- Work cross functionally in the organization to establish consistent category reviews.
- Work with business units to establish a sourcing calendar and review of active vendors.
- Work closely with legal department to protect the company in any contracts.
- Prepare action plans, project plans, or other initiatives as directed.
- Work with third party vendors to ensure business continuity.
- Serve as the liaison between potential vendors and Pet Valu business.
- Lead indirect purchasing organization to include set up, replenishment and allocations.
- Follow all policies and code of conduct with third party vendors.
- Review all contracts, business terms and statements of work presented by third party vendors.

Experience, Education, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance, Process or Engineering field of study.
- 5+ years of industry and procurement experience.
