We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team of dedicated and long-serving employees from our Mississauga, ON office.

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for B2B sales development.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Achieving monthly/ annual sales targets through strategic sales techniques.
Maintaining PR with clients, vendors and distributors.
B2B E-mail and call marketing.
Visiting businesses and assuring sales and deal closings.
Creating presentations and pitching strategies.

**Required Experience and Skills**:
A related bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in education and experience is preferred.
Minimum 3 years successful experience in a similar corporate sales specialist role is required.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in corporate B2B & B2C sales.
Excellent and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
Valid driving licence with owned vehicle.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: 10% Commission of every sale.

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
