**Hybrid Work Model**

For team members situated within 50 kms/31 miles of our five global offices in Ottawa, Eldoret, Penang, Columbus, and Amsterdam, you can expect to come into the office one day a week. Similarly, those near our co-working spaces in Nairobi and Toronto are encouraged to work onsite once a month.
**Job Description** Position Summary**

Reporting to the Revenue Enablement Manager this position will play a key role in an evolving team responsible for enabling the performance and success of Assent’s Business Development Team. The Revenue Enablement Specialist will serve as a program ambassador and act as a team champion and coach, as they work to enable consistent performance across the Business Development team. This role requires a strong level of understanding of the responsibilities, tasks and realities of the Business Development teams, as well as the experience and outcomes that our customers desire. As a Revenue Enablement Specialist you will train and enable both new and tenured Business Development team members to deliver a best-in-class sales experience at scale, and to support business growth. This role also supports, in certain instances, cross-functional enablement for all Go-to-Market teams.

**Key Requirements & Responsibilities**
- ** **Develop deep understanding of the BDR role in order to champion best practices, tool adoption and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate in building an Enablement roadmap around skills and competencies for the professional growth of BDRs
- Coach new BDRs in their understanding of the compliance industry, Assent’s solutions, and how to drive the customer journey
- Monitor various communication channels and point BDRs to existing resources and to identify program gaps and make recommendations for Enablement solutions (e.g. training, documentation, collateral, playbooks).
- Serve as the voice of the BDR to program stakeholders across the business
- Make training recommendations as the primary BDR Subject Matter Expert and collaborate with training development.
- Develop and/or deliver training on new programs and tools and owns BDR Onboarding enablement from a delivery and coordination standpoint. Works closely with BD Leaders and stakeholders to continuously improve BDR onboarding.
- Track BDR performance-related metrics such as customer health metrics, training completions, assessments, and more
- May be asked to support in the creation of resources to support BDR
- Be familiar with corporate security policies and support the information security function to protect both information systems and corporate assets from undue risk.
- Support teams located in Europe and North America
- Support the BDR team as needed in meetings, coaching sessions, workshops and training sessions.
