**Revenue Operations Specialist**

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the RevOps Specialist will work closely with members of the Sales and Success teams as well as the marketing team, and appropriate vendors. This role is service-oriented for the organization, providing critical insight and deliverables to the broader VanillaSoft team. The RevOps specialist will be asked for urgent ad-hoc reporting from the executive team from time to time.

**Responsibilities and Outcomes**

Data Flow
- Smooth data flow includes not just data connections, but criteria decisions, intent triggers, etc in a collaborative but encompassing manner
- Evaluate processes, programs, and systems to increase revenue, minimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction

Reporting and Insight
- Identify critical issues impacting operations and strategy, including productivity insights, lead-to-sales analysis, revenue analysis, and segment/account trends
- Regular monthly and ad-hoc reporting for executive level and functional levels of detail including dashboards
- Support Marketing, Sales, Customer Success leaders, and Finance on pipeline and forecasting
- Facilitate sharing of reports and data with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other departments

Data Hygiene and management of
- LIST building
- Effectively add data from external sources to the tech stack where appropriate from reliable and approved sources
- Where and when necessary, perform data hygiene export/edit/import processes to amend and append data for existing customers and leads

**Skills and Experience**

Systems
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator, 2 to 5 years hands on experience
- Salesforce HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools, 1 to 3 years experience
- Zapier, advanced experience

Insight and reporting
- Direct experience providing insight and metrics to executive teams - 3 years experience
- Proven experience building executive and management level dashboards and reports
- Proven experience providing fast ad-hoc reporting where and when needed

- Understands and thrives in the role of Revenue Operations as an adjunct to the executive team, often with requests from and support given to, multiple executives outside of the direct reporting structure
- Has the ability to quickly understand what is needed from a recurring or ad hoc request without hands on guidance; can effectively work from a goal/outcome
