We’re looking for a skilled Microsoft Alliance Manager to help us grow. As the Microsoft Alliance Manager, you will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Microsoft, drive revenue growth through planning and marketing, align business units, and advocate for ZIRO within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You are well versed in what it takes to be successful in the Microsoft ecosystem and have a strong understanding of the Modern Work suite. You are a dynamic communicator who can appeal to different personalities and what motivates them. You are a relationship builder with par non organizational skills and can hit the ground running. What you will do
- Develop, execute, and continuously refine a joint business plan with Microsoft, including setting and achieving strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Microsoft and key stakeholders/Teams to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Create co-sell strategy, cadence and execution based on proven best practices to drive ZIRO brand and trust with Microsoft targeted sales teams.
- Drive revenue growth through joint marketing, sales efforts, and identify new business opportunities that leverage the partnership. To be clear, this role will support sales efforts through marketing, sales enablement & channel.
- Support channel partners for ZIRO to deliver UC solutions to customers via Azure Marketplace and/or other routes to market.
- Identify, engage in and comply with relevant Microsoft partner programs to maximize dollars, resources, support, and opportunities.
- Implement enablement and training programs for sales to effectively position and sell with Microsoft.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of the partnership, provide regular updates and insights to both ZIRO and Microsoft's leadership teams. Align with our Microsoft ROI targets.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between ZIRO and Microsoft to maintain a smooth and productive partnership.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any potential conflicts that may arise between partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any partner-related inquiries within the organization.

What you need to do it
- Experience. You have 5+ years’ experience as an Alliance Manager and a year of experience with Microsoft Modern Work.
- Independence. Can tune out the noise, get the job done, and hit the ground running.
- Curiosity. You ask lots of questions and try to understand issues before solving them. You have a thirst for new knowledge.
- Resilience. You want to win and are undeterred by setbacks, objections, or negativity. Thrives under pressure.
- Leadership. You have been a part of an executive leadership team before and are confident in your ability to own strategic planning and initiatives
