**Pre-requisite Qualifications (knowledge, skills, attributes, accreditations, training, experience)**:

- Fluent oral and written English
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support and customer service
- Knowledge of Business Central 365 and Truecommerce an asset
- Strong mathematical and desktop computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office Programs

**Job Summary (purpose of job, what is done, how)**:

- The CSM conducts outbound daily calls for customer orders; inputs these orders into the sales database; acts as the direct link between Baker St and its customers to resolve complaints and build strong customer relationships
- Daily tasks includes ASN’s, accounts receivables, administrative work
- Organizing and filing driver paperwork
- Export, Create, Post and Print customer invoices as required
- Create and maintain production guide
- The incumbent supports the COO in fulfilling all sales targets by proposing promotional strategies to boost client sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
