If you join us at Hayloft Steak + Fish as Garde Manger you will be taking the lead in promoting our core values to create raving fans, provide genuine hospitality, and be an example of pride and integrity, while treating the business as your own.

The Garde Manger will be expected to take ownership of their station by maintaining accurate and up to date prep lists, manage station prep, execute event menus and regular service, sometimes simultaneously, contribute to seasonal menu changes, and assist the Woodshed Line Cook when needed.

Additional skills that will be beneficial to your success in the role: time management, interpersonal skills, problem solving, attention to detail, knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance.

Requirements: Valid food handling certificate

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
