Sedulous is a company comprised of approximately 20 employees/principals and we also work with a variety of sub-contractors who assist us in our work.

The position is best suited for someone who is able to prioritize multiple tasks, the ability to use initiative and independent judgment, and works well under mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake the following tasks:

- Conduct daily site inspections of civil projects to ensure contractors is meeting design and drawing specs.
- Monitor and prepare reports as needed on various items such as environmental and traffic concerns.
- Assist in tracking field changes, contract quantities for progress payments, contractor deficiencies.
- Communicate with contractors, project engineers, and clients to ensure project meets budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule activities such as surveying and material testing on site

**Experience Requirements**
- Successful completion of an Engineering/ Engineering Technology program or equivalent job experience
- Ability to understand drawings, specifications and construction contracts
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with peers and clients

Must have valid driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
