The Project Administrator is located in Winnipeg and reports directly to the Division Manager for the Projects Division. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Entering timesheets
- Processing expenses
- Assisting in Proposal Preparation
- Purchase orders
- Ordering material and supplies
- Document controls
- Change order controls
- Requesting subcontractor PO's from legal department
- Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
- Order office supplies, service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairs
- Other duties as required

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- **High School Diploma**:

- **Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or related would be considered an asset**

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-2 years in an office environment is considered an asset
- Experience in the construction sector is considered an asset

**SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS**

Proficient knowledge and understanding of:

- Organization and time management
- Work well under pressure
- Meet all deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Valid Drivers' License

Proficient user of:

- MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- JD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system considered an asset
