**JOB SUMMARY**

Legends Haul is looking for a passionate full-time invoicing clerk, who will be responsible for processing and managing invoices within an organization. Their primary role is to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients or customers, as well as proper record-keeping of financial transactions.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Invoicing and preparing related paperwork (130-200 invoices per day)
- Collaborating with various departments, such as sales, finance, and customer service, to gather necessary information for invoicing
- Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to invoices, such as incorrect pricing or billing errors
- Checking and removing duplicate fuel charges
- Calling to schedule freights, matching freight invoices
- Processing credit request and doing bank receipt
- Checking, matching pick ticket and invoice as well as filing
- Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts
- Other duties as assigned

**ROLE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 1 years of billing clerk experience
- Data entry experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate good organizational skills
- Must have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
