- **RDJ Bakeries Ltd**_ is currently looking for a **Production Assistant** to join our growing team.

**Job purpose**

The Production Assistant helps plan and execute efficient Production flow for the company’s data and information.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

- Review and report Daily analytics
- Review and report weekly analytics
- Perform production analysis and compile data as directed
- Maintain manufacturing report and report weekly analytics
- Track action items when it’s directly related to analytics & adding this onto a report
- Review EOSR to ensure correct manufacturing reports
- Maintain & review WIP tracker to ensure accuracy
- Work with the production team to ensure WIP and rework is packed off in a timely basis.
- Attend weekly WIP or ERP meeting.
- Synergize with supply chain department to plan out WIP pack offs.
- Synergize with quality and supply chain department to plan out packaging rework.
- Complete physical inventories weekly on WIP
- Complete waterlog on daily basis
- Perform physical inventory of rework on a weekly basis and submit inventory to QA and supply chain.
- Review and report scrap reports
- Review manufacturing report output and matching up with JF
- Report inconsistencies of 5% over between system and actual
- Track and assist with physical floor inventories, including sharp tools, radios, and miscellaneous items on a weekly basis.
- Create ERFs for production team and work with planning department for clear understanding of objectives.
- Assist and work with supervisors with systematic or inventory investigations within our ERP system.
- Monthly KPI’s
- Refresher training with Packing Hall Supervisors and Team Leads
- Create SRFs for production team and supply chain.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and experience working in a bakery environment preferred.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong focus/attention to details.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Sound administrative and record keeping skills
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and database management.

**Working conditions**:

- Always work indoors.
- May involve a lot of mental activity.
- May involve analytics constant reporting
- Straight shift work.

**Physical requirements**:

- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Frequent checks on the production floor for data gathering.
