**Quelques-unes des tâches**:
La personne qui occupera ce poste sera principalement responsable de coordonner quotidiennement les demandes, les activités professionnelles et les évènements relatifs aux services des RH de l’entreprise. Cette responsabilité comprend la transmission et l’évaluation des charges de travail ainsi que la coordination des ressources afin de répondre aux besoins. Le titulaire du poste s’occupera de résoudre des problèmes liés à la gestion des cas des services des RH, d’effectuer des recherches et de transmettre les problèmes de système à l’équipe des systèmes des RH (mondiaux ou locaux) tout en participant à l’exécution des projets et en fournissant un soutien administratif aux services des RH. Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le groupe des systèmes des RH sur des questions de technologie, portant entre autres sur les nouvelles initiatives et les améliorations aux systèmes, et fournira du soutien.

**Plus précisément, le titulaire sera responsable de**:

- Constituer le premier point de contact et fournir un soutien de première ligne pour les demandes provenant de la direction et des associés portant sur les politiques, les pratiques, les programmes et les systèmes des RH, et ce, pour les diverses unités d’affaires au sein de l’entreprise;
- Coordonner de façon quotidienne les services des RH et fournir du soutien administratif; Transmettre l’information de façon exacte et dans un délai raisonnable aux partenaires RH du service de rémunération, de la paie, des avantages sociaux et du SIRH afin que les problèmes soient résolus rapidement;
- Coordonner la charge de travail quotidienne et hebdomadaire et établir les priorités en collaboration avec les partenaires à l’échelle régionale et nationale afin de s’assurer que toutes les activités sont réalisées à temps; Établir des priorités pour son propre travail au besoin;
- Élaborer et documenter les procédures de travail pour les services des RH; Faire des recommandations et adapter les processus de travail pour s’assurer qu’ils répondent aux exigences établies par la loi pour la région ou la province;
- Collaborer avec d’autres services au sujet de la mise en œuvre et du lancement des nouveaux programmes ou des nouvelles procédures touchant les RH;
- Dans le cadre du lancement de nouveaux projets, s’assurer de collaborer avec les chefs de projet appropriés afin de vérifier la compréhension des nouveaux processus, puis transmettre l’information aux unités d’affaires stratégiques touchées;
- Exécuter des changements relatifs aux RH dans Peoplesoft, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, des corrections, de nouvelles embauches, de l’assistance aux acquisitions ou de la saisie de données concernant les changements du marché; Effectuer au besoin des vérifications afin de s’assurer de l’exactitude des données dans le système PS.

**Quelques prérequis**:

- Connaissance approfondie des lois provinciales, des politiques et des procédures liées aux ressources humaines et à la paie. Connaissance approfondie des opérations et des systèmes liés aux RH, à la paie et aux avantages sociaux ainsi que des systèmes connexes (par exemple PeopleSoft, le système de gestion de l’apprentissage, Talent Track, Kronos).
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, un atout.
- Expérience en service à la clientèle (par exemple avec des clients difficiles) et habileté démontrée à être sensible aux besoins de chaque client tout en assurant un niveau strict de confidentialité. Fortes aptitudes en communication verbale et écrite et excellente capacité d’écoute.
