**Position Overview**
We are looking for an action-oriented and collaborative **Project Coordinator** to join our team and support Triton’s projects and initiatives
The **Project Coordinator** responsibilities include tracking tasks, working with team members, and liaising with different departments and clients to ensure projects are completed on time. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as preparing statements of work, creating and maintaining documentation, and attending various meetings as needed.
Ultimately, you will work with various teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress and provide oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly and within budget.
**Essential Position Functions**
- Research information for projects to support other teams and departments as needed
- Keep track of and report on project progress
- Ensure project team adheres to timelines and deliverables
- Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to the planning and development of projects
- Assist in the review of project objectives and project requirements
- Complete tasks and perform duties assigned by the Product Manager in an organized, efficient, and timely manner
- Support and operate in alignment with the organization’s core values
- Strive to meet work goals that contribute to departmental and organizational goals
- Adhere to organizational standards, policies and procedures, as well as compliance requirements
- Coordinate tasks/approvals with internal stakeholders and vendors as required
- Coordinate meeting agendas/schedules
**Qualifications**
- Must have 3+ years in the project management field of program/project control
- Proven experience with project management processes, procedures, tools, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience with project governance, compliance documentation, and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently manage several projects at the same time
- Highly proficient using Microsoft office suite; Project, Visio, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Software background preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Working towards PMP certification preferred

- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience with Project Management tools such as Zoho Projects and Jira
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
