Veterinary Receptionist

**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist with check-in procedures
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of patient information in the system
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members
**Skills**:
- Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication abilities both in person and over the phone
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with veterinary software is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures is desirable but not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
