Position Title: Business Development Representative

**Your Role**:
As a BDR, reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying target companies and making the initial outreach. In this role you will continue to build the client relationship with the goal of being able to deliver a quote to the decision maker. You will be the coordinator with our team for design, sample, quoting and proofing stages. You will also be given a book of existing clients for you to maintain and develop.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate presentations to potential clients.
- Partner with cross-functional team members including design, production and editing.
- Understanding the client’s business and identifying their needs, at times maybe even before they do.
- Deliver on your daily, weekly, monthly goals.
- Preparing written quotations and proposals in response to customer inquiries
- Ensuring proper execution of a customer order from quotation to final shipment.
- Coordinate with R&D and Production teams as required.

**Qualifications/Attributes**:

- At least 2 years of working in a BRD role or equivalent experience in the agriculture, printing or manufacturing industry.
- Desire and proven ability to follow through on all steps of the complete sales cycle.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and listening skills.
- Required to have a drivers license and ability to travel within North America.
- Ability to attend trade shows from time to time.
- Great attitude with a genuine curiosity in the industry.
- Strong work ethic.
- Experience working with CRM’s.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
