**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Set up appointments with customers and corresponding sales representatives.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are prepared for their move.
- Reconnect with customers post move to obtain feedback on our services.
- Sales support: assist sales representatives with customer inquiries and administration tasks.
- Data entry, administration work, scanning files, use of multiple software programs and other duties as assigned.
- Commercial move management: monitor commercial move needs, be in regular contact with our clients and operations team to ensure success of large projects.
- Customer service and claims support: assist clients with the claims process whenever damage occurs. Arrange for repairs or settlement offer when required.
- Executive assistant duties for the GM as needed (booking flights, completing registrations etc).
**Qualifications**
- Excellent English communication skills; visual, written and verbal; exceptional phone skills.
- Ability to produce a high-quality customer service experience, achieving consistent customer satisfaction while working in an emotional business.
- Capable of working within an extremely fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines while remaining detail oriented.
- General understanding of the Greater Toronto Area and basic geography knowledge would be an asset.
- Highly self-motivated and takes initiative.
- Exceptional teamwork skills.
- Sales experience is an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
