Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Work with sales team to negotiate deals, appraise/inspect trade-ins, arrange consignment agreements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Gananoque, ON K7G 2V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
