Overview:
We are growing We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting leads, selling new and used cars to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Successful applicant will have a positive attitude and be a team player. Ford product training provided. OMVIC certification course provided. If you have a passion for vehicles and enjoy working in a relaxed environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Position is Monday to Friday and by appointments outside of business hours possibly.
- Base salary plus commision and bonus structure.
- Options for benefit plan

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong sales support skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Excellent math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Professional phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
