**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage and run full cycle recruitment for all front-line positions, as well as other open roles as assigned.
- Works closely with department hiring managers to effectively assess and prioritize staffing needs.
- Reviews, screens and tracks resumes.
- Creates and coordinates job ads for a variety of media.
- Plans and coordinates hiring events; attends community hiring events
- Conducts background and reference checks.
- Schedules and facilitates new hire orientation sessions.
- Compile recruitment data, identify emerging recruitment trends and continually improve processes.

**Desired Qualifications & Traits**
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment, recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Manager with recruitment and onboarding integration.
- Possess Human Resources Degree or Diploma or working towards completion; CHRP Designation an asset.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- Ability to multi-task with superior organizational skills.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments assuming the most effective role.
- Must work with a sense of urgency, be a self-starter/self-motivated with good work ethic.
- Must be available to work outside normal office hours to facilitate training.
- Lift up to 10 lbs., sit and/or stand for long periods.
