**Position Summary**:
The Community Service Coordinator provides essential support to ATCCC by assisting with the promotion, recruitment, and onboarding of volunteers for Community Office Committees and Ready Now Recovery services. This role supports the operations and outreach of the Winnipeg Community Office, serving as a welcoming first point of contact for individuals and families. The Coordinator plays a supportive role in relationship-building with community businesses, aiding in event and fundraising initiatives, and ensuring quality in Ready Now Recovery services across all Community Offices. Additionally, this role assists the supervisor with administrative tasks related to strategic planning, training, and program support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

2. Participate actively in the ministry’s biblical services, including regular prayer with staff, clients, and supporters; ongoing Bible studies, and regular Freedom Service attendance.
3. Model a commitment to Adult & Teen Challenge’s faith-based foundation, embracing values such as evangelism, discipleship, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
