Nous sommes à la recherche d'un superviseur des opérations bien équilibré qui supervisera les opérations, notamment la réception, le prélèvement, l'emballage, l'expédition, la coupe de fils, l'assemblage léger ainsi que l'entretien ménager de l'entrepôt.

**Objectif du poste**:
**Les responsabilités comprennent**:

- Assurer la conformité aux procédures d'exploitation pour la réception, la manipulation, le stockage et l'expédition des produits et des matériaux.
- Assurer un environnement de travail sûr pour tous les associés, notamment en surveillant les installations pour les réparations et l'entretien, en promouvant et en gérant les programmes de sécurité, en veillant au respect des politiques en matière d'indemnisation des travailleurs et de responsabilité civile générale.
- Examiner les bons de travail, les rapports de consommation et les prévisions de la demande pour estimer les périodes de pointe de livraison et attribuer les tches.
- Superviser les activités des travailleurs chargés de la réception, du stockage et de l'expédition des produits ou des matériaux.
- Former le personnel pour assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de rendement du service.
- Gérer et assurer la réalisation des objectifs de rendement des secteurs fonctionnels assignés.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de modification ou d'expansion des installations, comme l'achat d'équipement ou des changements dans la répartition de l'espace ou la conception structurelle.
- Planifier le ramassage en surface, la livraison ou la distribution de produits ou de matériaux.
- Préparer ou diriger la préparation de la correspondance, des rapports et des manuels d'exploitation, d'entretien et de sécurité.
- Ouvrir et fermer le centre de distribution, autoriser les remboursements et traiter les problèmes des clients.
- Effectuer d'autres tches selon les besoins.
- 2+ ans d'expérience dans les opérations d'entrepôt, y compris l'expédition, la réception, l'inventaire et le contrôle de la qualité.
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en supervision dans un centre de distribution, un détaillant à grand volume, un fabricant ou un environnement de production.
- 1-3 ans requis, 5 ans préférés de conduite de chariot élévateur à fourche.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience équivalente requis
- Baccalauréat en affaires, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe, de préférence.
- Expérience antérieure démontrée de la gestion d'une équipe d'associés horaires dans un environnement de production, de distribution, de fabrication, de vente au détail ou similaire, où le rythme est soutenu.
- Expérience de l'encadrement et de l'orientation des employés
- Grande capacité d'analyse et aptitude à recueillir des données, à les examiner, à gérer ces analyses et à communiquer efficacement la traduction commerciale à votre équipe.
- Compétences avérées en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Compétences avérées en communication d'entreprise, à l'oral et à l'écrit, requises.
- Expérience des processus opérationnels et du développement d'équipe souhaitée
- Excellentes compétences et aptitudes informatiques
- Autonome, motivé(e) et orienté(e) vers les objectifs, avec un fort sentiment d'urgence.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes. Capable de disséquer un problème et de présenter une solution réaliste.
- Une connaissance des produits électriques ou de basse tension est préférable, mais pas obligatoire.
