**Fonctions**:

- Guidez les clients dans l'organisation et la réservation d'une gamme de services de voyage, y compris les vols, l'hébergement, la location de voitures et les excursions.
- Fournissez un service client exceptionnel en gérant les questions des clients et en résolvant les problèmes qui peuvent survenir pendant leurs voyages.
- Restez à jour sur les dernières tendances de voyage, les informations sur les destinations et les normes de l'industrie pour offrir des conseils éclairés aux clients.
- Concevez des plans de voyage sur mesure qui correspondent aux goûts et aux considérations financières des clients.
- Collaborez avec les prestataires d'hébergement, les compagnies aériennes et les entreprises de tourisme pour obtenir les meilleures offres et promotions pour les clients.
- Gérez les transactions financières, émettez les documents nécessaires et assurez-vous que tous les papiers relatifs au voyage sont précis et complets pour les clients.

**Compétences**:

- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans une agence de voyage.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Maîtrise de Travelport ou Sabre.
- Maîtrise de Galileo Vacations ou Sirev.
- Une compréhension approfondie des produits de voyage et des destinations est nécessaire.
- Une expérience du voyage de luxe est considérée comme un avantage.
- Excellence démontrée en service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à maintenir constamment une image favorable de l'entreprise.
- Compétences efficaces en communication orale et écrite.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
- Le bilinguisme est fortement souhaitable.

**Duties**:

- Guide clients in organizing and booking a range of travel services, including flights, lodging, car hires, and excursions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by handling client questions and addressing any issues that arise during their travel.
- Keep abreast of the latest travel trends, destination insights, and industry standards to offer informed recommendations to clients.
- Craft tailor-made travel plans that align with clients' tastes and financial considerations.
- Network with accommodation providers, airlines, and tour companies to obtain the most advantageous offers and promotions for clients.
- Handle financial transactions, issue documentation, and confirm all travel-related paperwork is accurate and complete for clients.

**Skills**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a travel agency.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient with Travelport or Sabre.
- Proficient with Galileo vacations or Sirev.
- Must have a thorough understanding of travel products and destinations.
- Experience with luxury travel is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Ability to maintain a favorable image of the company at all times.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingualism is highly desirable.
