**Responsibilities**:

- _Generate new leads:_ Identify potential customers through various sources, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
- _Build and maintain customer relationships: _Establish strong rapport with existing and prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- _Conduct sales presentations:_ Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers, highlighting how our products/services can address their specific needs.
- _Negotiate and close sales:_ Present competitive proposals and negotiate terms and conditions to secure new business opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- _Develop sales strategies:_ Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to develop sales strategies, identify target markets, and implement action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- _Provide exceptional customer service: _Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely and accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- _Stay updated on industry trends: _Continuously update knowledge of window covering industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our products and maintain a competitive edge.
- _Attend trade shows and events:_ Represent the company at industry-related trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products/services and establish new business connections.
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams: _Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to provide valuable feedback, share customer insights, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within Ontario required.
- Ontario Drivers License and Vehicle Required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
