Kitchener, Canada Discover Hearing Centre Full time

**At a high level, you will**:

- Greet patients with warm, friendly smile and make them feel comfortable
- Keeper of Patient Schedule; office and patient flow
- Scans patient paperwork, invoices, and documents into patient charts
- Maintain Office Supplies, Office Inventory, and Hearing Device Supplies
- Manager of patient repairs; including document, shipping, and receiving
- Stocks office area with promo material/ monthly contests/ symposiums/ etc.
- Support special promotions, marketing campaigns, and symposiums
- Patient billing (WSIB, VAC, ADP, Extended Healthcare Plans, Private)
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing homes, other healthcare providers
- Conduct hearing aid cleanings and product maintenance

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or similar work in health care
- You are compassionate, with a positive and outgoing personality and great communication skills
- You love to learn. You have a growth mindset and are passionate about growing your knowledge and skills, being the best you can be
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- You have a "Can-Do" attitude and a positive approach
- Applicants must have the right to work in Canada and no sponsorship is available at this time

**Work Hours**:
Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM

Our purpose is to serve our patients and their spouses with excellence each day. We realize that excellent patient experiences begin with a happy enthusiastic team.
