**Marketing Communications Intern (Summer 2023)
Fortinet is one of the world’s leaders in all things cybersecurity and we’re looking for great people to join our growing team We’re recruiting for a creative and exceptionally talented **Marketing Communications Intern **for the Fortinet Training Institute to join our **Summer 2023 Internship & Early Talent Program ( **May 29/2023 - Aug 11/2023).

Working alongside the Director of Marketing and the marketing team, you will gain experience with our global partners and internal teams who support the Training Institute. You'll also be exposed to all facets of marketing and communications, from campaign development, to messaging, and PR planning sessions. These experiences and interactions will help you better understand the processes that will ensure a successful transition into a full-time marketing or communications position.

In this role, you will help to develop and execute marketing and communication plans to move the Fortinet Training Institute’s goals forward. This includes the Training Institute and its’ underlying programs: Network Security Expert (NSE) Certification Program, Authorized Training Center Program, Academic Partner Program, Education Outreach Program, Veterans Program, and the Security Awareness and Training Service.

**Job Duties**:

- Assist in the development, execution, and promotion of new marketing campaigns for the Fortinet Training Institute.
- Work with Fortinet Training Institute strategic partners to develop, execute, and promote training programs to increase Network Security Expert (NSE) certifications.
- Work on Corporate Social Responsibility programs to help Fortinet meet its goal of training 1 million people by 2026 and help close the cybersecurity skills gap.
- Support launch plan activities for Fortinet’s Security Awareness and Training service and other Fortinet Training Institute initiatives currently planned for the summer of 2023.
- Manage the Fortinet Training Institute’s design work with the Fortinet corporate design team. This includes but is not limited to design to support our corporate web site, collaterals, campaigns, and sales and partner materials.
- Act as a guardian of the brand, ensuring internal and external marketing and communication is aligned with the overall Fortinet brand voice, tone, look and feel developed for the NSE Training Institute.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a degree/diploma program in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business, or other related field.
