**About you**:
You’re detailed oriented with a passion for getting a job done well. You have experience in mortgage administration and a recognized skill for relationship-building. You have an ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain composure under pressure. You understand your strengths, and have strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. You have built a reputation for being knowledgeable, solution-oriented and client focused.

**About You/Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years working in mortgage administration.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word/Access/PowerPoint/Excel
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-orientated, with excellent organizational and follow-up skills and the tenacity to complete a task properly.
- Personable and professional
- Can Successfully adapt to changing situations
- Ability to manage risk and compliance and demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work well in a team and have confidence dealing with people and addressing issues.
- Sound problem-solving skills, and concise attention to detail

**About the day-to-day**:

- In this role you’ll be accountable for effectively and efficiently reviewing mortgage documentation prior to funding of residential mortgage deals.
- Provide a high level of efficient, professional, and courteous service to Peoples Group’s customers and Brokers.
- Ensure mortgage files are complete and organized.
- Verify/validate all required mortgage/client information for accuracy
- Review documentation for compliance with file-specific conditions and company policies and following up with mortgage brokers for outstanding conditions in the mortgage commitment.
- Identify escalation items and work with the Underwriter or Manager to resolve them.
- A commitment to providing outstanding personalized service.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Underwriters, Business Development and Legal to ensure smooth and efficient closing of your files.
- Maintaining knowledge of applicable mortgage underwriting policies, procedures, and products
- Providing timely and accurate responses to Mortgage Brokers and partners
