**Payroll & Accounts Payable Assistant / Bookkeeper**

**Required skills and qualifications.**
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting & year end preparations.
- Required knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Payroll processing experience preferred, but not a requirement.
- Reviewing and reconciling of bank accounts / credit cards
- Knowledge required about HST, WSIB & Corporate tax payments.
- Strong skills on Microsoft Office Suite
- Superb time management skills, detail orientation & organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
